The team at Kickin’ It Kids Gym is excited to announce we are continuing our 8-week fitness clinics starting March 18th, 2024! Unleash your kiddo’s inner athlete, prepare them for spring sports, and burn energy in a temperature-controlled indoor gym during the winter months! Led by our experienced coaches, your kiddo will compete with their age group and enhance their confidence and physical skills.

There are only 12 spots per clinic, so make sure to secure your spot today!

Kids Ninja Course Competition

Does your kiddo love the American Ninja Warrior show? Get ready to witness your ninja conquer exciting challenges and unleash their competitive spirit! Our course is designed to ignite your child's sense of adventure and hone their physical skills. They will navigate an array of exciting obstacles that will test their agility, strength, and determination. This is an 8-week program starting on March 18th or March 19th and will continue until May 6th or May 7th depending on age group.

How will we set up the course?

  • Platform Jump into a Soft Pit

  • Warped Wall Challenge

  • Obstacle Courses

  • Rock Wall Climbing

  • Final Course Showdown

Time:

  • Mondays 5:30- 6:30pm for 7-10 Year Olds

  • Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm for 4-6 Year Olds

Each Kiddo gets a T-shirt, and competes for the championship trophy at the end of the course!

Are you ready to take your child's athletic abilities to the next level? Join us for our 8-week Speed and Agility Sports Performance program at Kickin' It Kids Gym! Your kiddo will engage in dynamic sessions designed to enhance essential athletic qualities. From boosting speed, agility, and endurance with age-tailored drills to enhancing explosive power through plyometrics, jumping techniques, and quickness drills, our program covers it all. This is an 8-week program starting on Thursday, March 21st, and will continue until Thursday, May 9th.

Highlights of our Winter Sports Performance Program:

  • Speed, Agility, and Conditioning Drills

  • Explosive Power Training

  • Strength Exercises

Time:

Thursdays 4:30- 5:30pm for 7-10 Year Olds

Kids Football Combine

"Down, set, hike!" Are your kids ready to embark on an exciting journey of football and fun? Kickin’ It Kids Gym is thrilled to announce our new Kids Football Combine 8-week clinic! The NFL combine is renowned for testing pure athleticism and mental prowess—identifying the strongest, fastest, and smartest among potential athletes. This Combine clinic will focus on football drills to get prepared for spring football or other sports. Don’t worry - no tackling involved! This is an 8-week program starting on Wednesday, March 20th and will continue until Wednesday, May 8th.

Highlights of our Combine Clinic:

  • Cone drills

  • Vertical Jump

  • Passing drills

  • Broad Jump

  • Catching drills

  • Shuttle / Lateral quickness

Time:

Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30 for 7-10 Year Olds
